All of the classes we offer are private lessons with a maximum of 3 people and last 1 hour.
We will start with an aerobic warm up to reduce the risk of injury and ensure your mind and body is ready for exercise, you will then move onto the piece of equipment you have chosen for the lesson and during your lesson you will learn spins/holds/inverts/combinations/drops. We will generally go over about 3 moves in a lesson, some of them will be new depending on how quickly you're progressing and we will recap previous moves in every lesson. In the lessons you will also learn routines using some of the moves you have mastered every few weeks. At the end of the lesson we will do some conditioning exercises (using the pole/silk/hoop purely for strength building). We will finish with a cool down and stretches.
As the lessons are privates you can go completely at your own pace and we can tailor your lesson to your needs and what you enjoy, you can also use more than one piece of equipment in your lesson eg you could do the whole hour pole, half hoop half silks or all three.
